Check Your Email

In the next few minutes, you’re going to receive an email with the subject line, “Please validate your acceptance of email from Chuck Faint Realty Team.” To complete your subscription, you’ll need to open that email and click on the link in it.

This is done to make sure that it’s really you that requested the subscription, and not someone else using your email address. I genuinely hate spam, and I have no desire to send anyone anything they haven’t asked for.

Once you’ve confirmed, you’ll get a welcome message.

Special note to AOL, Yahoo and Hotmail subscribers: You will want to add the address chuckfaintmarketing@gmail.com to your address book. That’s the address the newsletter is sent from. This will help to make sure the newsletter isn’t filtered into your “bulk mail” folder and lost.Once you’ve done that, then click the confirmation link in the email you’ll be getting. If it’s not there when you look, check your “bulk mail” folder for it, and click the confirmation link. If it does end up in the “bulk mail” folder, and your email host has a “This is NOT spam” button, click that to make sure they know you requested the email.

These guys do their best to cut down the spam you have to deal with, but sometimes the filters misfire and catch stuff you really did ask for. They don’t know it unless you tell them.
